Conduct behind the wheel and classroom training in Alaska. Communicates and enforces Company policy, FMSCA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) Regulations and state regulations. Demonstrates proper Driver-Guide techniques and Daly Vehicle Inspection duties. Evaluate student driver’s skills, abilities and training progress through daily evaluation reports. Inform management of student driver’s progress on a regular basis. Maintain and complete all associated training records in the appropriate logs. Other duties as assigned.

Supervises transportation services team and activities. Performs driver and dispatch duties. Assists with scheduling, transportation services activities and operations. Monitor radio and phones to assist drivers and assign tasks as needed. Routinely applies knowledge of operations, Company product and customer services to assist staff with routine questions. Performs incident investigation and reporting. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
