• Analyze monthly investor reports containing solar facility performance activities such as energy generation, revenues, expenses and cash flows to inform investors of the return on their investments and explain discrepancies, if any, from expectations• Coordinate with engineering, asset management and accounting teams to prepare annual budgets containing the above activities to be delivered to investors for their approval• For any new facilities that reach commercial operation, build new hypothetical liquidation at book value (HLBV) models based on the waterfall liquidation provisions laid out in the different limited liability company agreements (LLCA)• Update and maintain quarterly HLBV models with actuals from GAAP capital accounts prepared by the accounting team and tax returns prepared by outside cpa firms• Coordinate with development, engineering and asset management teams to prepare financial models containing data involving development and operating activities, partnership capital accounts, tax assumptions and complex partnership flip structures • Analyze, review and negotiate with banks, brokers and beneficiaries all upcoming and existing securities required under agreements ensuring the best type of security is used to minimalize fees the facility may undertake through premiums

• Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities• Prepare consolidated financial statements for investors, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies• Review annual federal, state and local partnership returns prepared by third party cpa firms to ensure accuracy and compliance with limited liability company agreements and regulations
