The 600 employee population is both in the Philadelphia HQ locations and in our manufacturing plants globally. Direct partnership with the heads of these businesses and their leadership teams to provide sound coaching, and talent management. Teamed up with Global HR Leads to develop, build, and improve division wide HR systems and processes.

Role of increasing responsibility providing Labor Relations and HR Generalist support to a workforce of 1100 employees. Maintained positive relationship with Union Leaders and 650+ Collective Bargaining Unit. Administered the Collective Bargaining Agreement and facilitated the Grievance process through to arbitration.
