• Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and final buy-off phases• Manage the assigned project within budget• Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions• Effectively analyse customer and internal changes, including feasibility study• Participate in Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEAs), robustness studies, etc • Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) processes

Managing all the major Tasks from launch to production as assigned by Production supervisor, including Work Instructions, Set up instructions, Scheduling and monitoring trials, Monitoring Downtime vs Efficiency on Presses and Welders.

• Working for Adv. Engineering Stamping Department, responsible for taking tasks from launch till mass production• Advance level use of MS EXCEL, WORD and Power Point • Use of Auto-Cad and Solid Works to assist engineers with drawings • A regular use of MS Project for detailed Timelines for new and upcoming business• Use of Lotus Notes as an effective way of communication• Preparing FMEA’s, DFMEA’s including Inspection Sheets, Flow Charts using FMEA PRO for all stamping components• Preparing control plans, Process specification sheets, Process flows, Fund requests, training new personal with machinery and rework stations• Conducting time studies for cycle times
