After climbing the hierarchy for 4 years, I was appointed as the Chairperson of Mithibai Kshitij. My responsibility was to handle a team of 700+ volunteers. The festival witnesses a crowd of 60,000-70,000 annually. Colleges from all over the world participate in various events which are judged by industry leaders. Kshitij Pronights are one of the most prominent in the country.
