• Designed all sheet metal parts, Draw frame parts, fuel tank, control panel box, etc for renowned OEMs like BHEL, Bombardier, Crompton Greaves & abb, hitachi, oerlikon, lucy, hind rectifier• Followed customer’s requirements and designed a large amount of customized products • Responsible for Research & Development working close to the production• Preparing drawings in 3D modeling, animation• Working from engineering sketches, create Solid models and detail drawings for various parts and assemblies• Preparing Bill OF Material & Costing • Training in certified for iso-9001(2008)

•Inspect incoming raw material to insure that all quality requirements are as specified in the purchase order or sub- contract•To inspect for completeness and or damage as well as proper identification and proper work of all tooling, fixtures, gages, material supplied by the customer•QAP from respective departments and forward to the client and get those approved•Developing & preparing drawing for sugar filter, juice clarifier, conveyors, tanks & machining parts
