TSF BRANDS specializes in the development of digital-first private label brands, primarily catering to the Amazon marketplace. Presently, the company is the proprietor of these two brands: SKULLFIT and GoodKitchen. SKULLFIT, a distinguished brand renowned for its high-quality sports headwear, has amassed a lifetime revenue exceeding INR 1 Crore. Notably, SKULLFIT's headband finds favor among renowned sports figures such as Hardik Pandya and Siddharth Kaul.

During this two-month tenure, I endeavored to explore a startup concept directly related to a prominent issue I had encountered within my e-commerce enterprise, specifically pertaining to product photography and content generation.Issue: The process of product photography and content generation in the e-commerce sector is notably costly and time-intensive, posing a significant challenge for e-commerce entrepreneurs.Solution: My proposed solution aimed to transform smartphone-captured images into professional-grade product visuals and content through the application of AI Diffusion Models, specifically utilizing Stable Diffusion and Midjourney.To assess the market viability of this solution, I developed a dedicated landing page employing wix.com and initiated search engine advertising campaigns geared toward lead generation. Impressively, I achieved a remarkable lead conversion rate of 9.09% for campaigns conducted within India and 18.18% for campaigns targeting audiences in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We even generated a traction of INR 3300 from 3 of the Indian leads.Regrettably, the project has since been shelved due to the involvement of advanced technological requirements, the unavailability of a suitable technical co-founder, and the presence of industry giants such as Adobe and Canva actively developing similar product offerings.

Fliqbook represented an ambitious endeavor aimed at the development of a comprehensive accounting automation tool tailored specifically for eCommerce sellers. Over the course of eight months, we dedicated our efforts to constructing a fully functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and commenced engagement with potential clients in January 2023, concurrently refining the software.At a certain juncture, we arrived at the realization that the market size was considerably smaller than our initial projections had suggested, and that our MVP proved insufficient in attaining the elusive Product-Market Fit. Regrettably, due to this and a multitude of other factors, we were compelled to discontinue the project.However, it is worth noting that this experience yielded valuable insights and skills acquisition. I gained proficiency in various domains, including the establishment and management of a remote team comprising software developers and designers, debugging techniques, proficient utilization of GitHub and Visual Studio, project management in the realm of software development, UI/UX design, software quality assurance (QA), and the implementation of Google Ads campaigns. I remain optimistic that these newfound competencies will prove instrumental in my future endeavors.!

Responsible for New Product Development projects starting from concept to first production run.

Since my commencement of employment, I have been assigned to the Research and Development (R&D) department, where I became an integral member of the New Product Development Team (NPD Team). My inaugural project within this capacity entailed the execution of Advanced Product Quality Planning for the 'Sliding Gate,' one of our products with the highest sales projections. Subsequently, I was entrusted with two additional new product development projects.As my inaugural professional endeavor, this role has afforded me a profoundly enriching journey marked by substantial knowledge acquisition and practical implementation. Since joining, I have been extensively engaged in various technical aspects essential to new product development, encompassing tasks ranging from tool development to conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Additionally, I have taken on responsibilities of coordinating with the Supply Chain team and executing various administrative duties, which include convening work order review meetings and arranging consultations with external experts.

Throughout the duration of my post-graduate studies, I held the position of Training and Placement Coordinator for my class. In this capacity, my responsibilities encompassed the collection of data pertaining to my fellow classmates and its subsequent transmission to the Placement Cell. Additionally, I acted as an intermediary, conveying instructions from the Placement Cell to my peers. I diligently monitored the activities organized by the Placement Cell, including written tests, group discussions, and personal interviews (GDs and PIs). I also played a pivotal role in addressing student inquiries and provided guidance and support to my fellow classmates during tests and interview sessions.

I have worked in the steel making plant of Essar Steel India Ltd. Hazira, Surat as a vocational trainee. My work area consisted of furnace area, ladle handling, Hydraulic department, fume handling zone etc. During training I worked with many maintenance engineers and learned a lot about how the maintenance of the plant is done.
