Planning & Scheduling of Preventive, Predictive Maintenance activities to ensure troublefree operation of electrical utilities like PCC,MCC panel & feeder, APFC panel,transformer, D.G set and production line Machine of API and formulation plants.➢ To conduct all regular troubleshooting and root cause analysis for break down and also tocarry out electrical installation work at site.➢ Responsible for collecting technical details & updating various quality records for loaddemand for different plant, data for Electrical Motor, UPS,VFD, Protective relay at site.Maintenance of API Plant :-➢ API Plant Rectors, ANF, CF, VTD, Sifter, Milling, Jetomizer, Condenser, RVD, Blender,➢ PP Area AHU, Scrubbers, Vacuums Pump, Ejectors, -5 C Chillers, Air ➢ Compressors, N2 Plant, Cooling Tower, Preventive and breakdown maintenance of agitator motors, autoclave,HVAC, blowers ,VFD Drives ,Temperature controllers etc.➢ Coal Base Boiler Capacity : 8 Ton , 6 Ton , 3 Ton ➢ Responsible for Critical spares management and to maintain minimum stock for electrical maintenance items to minimize break down time.➢ Monitoring technicians to ensure that work is being executed in safe and efficient manner to meet the schedule and work standard.➢ To make Energy report of site by calculating energy consumption of all plant. ➢ Responsible for Monitoring and maintaining power factor for various location at site.➢ Do work regarding TCS-iON to raise PR for required material, Responsible to make work order, to maintain records for break down memos and service reports, responsible to make record for energy consumption report and for DG electricity duty report, Responsible to fill all preventive maintenance cards for all plants.➢ Responsible to make/ update SOP (safe operating procedure) at site. ➢ To follow the cGMP practice and to prepare the documents accord
