I have finished Master’s with research in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Tasmania. Throughout my time at the university, I developed a keen interest towards research and my personal interest into commercialisation of the research always intrigued me. After my graduation, I decided to move to Adelaide and got an opportunity to work with the Adelaide Intermediary Program (AIP) for 6 months where I helped with mapping of the VCs related to the MTP sector and assisting with developing public-private funding models for early-stage investment among many others.An interest of product/research has been my driving force. Post AIP, I am currently working as an Innovations Officer with Medical Device Partnering Program helping early-stage companies (as early as just concepts for some) conduct a workshop, develop a prototype with our's technical team's expertise and help make market report for the enquiries that are reaching the final stage in our process.My previous educational experiences include studying Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Manipal University, India during which I successfully completed brief work internships at University of British Columbia, Raptakos Brett Co. Ltd. and Kasturba Medical College Hospital. I also was the founder of a start-up retail store after finding gaps in the market for specific products in different precincts.During my post-graduation studies, I was managing a local chain of Restaurants in Hobart and then started working initially as a Pharmacy Assistant which gave plenty of experience using systems such as FRED and MINFOS which led to my further upgrades in roles and responsibilities.I am always open to work & connect with like-minded individuals and eager to learn more about new opportunities to collaborate and work on.
