Converting renderings, architectural drawings, and sketches into fireplace concepts, working designs and production drawings.3. Creating and revising easy to read drawings for quotations, submittals, customer approvals, and shop floor fabrications.4. Preparing sheet metal production drawings, assembly and sub-assembly drawings, bills of material for master assembly in Solidworks.5. Carrying out Thermal and FEA analysis to better design the components, 3D printed plastic parts for Dimplex Vapor Fire burners to improve the vapor flame appearance6. Completed Project specific installation manuals and rating plates to assist in fireplace installation.7. Training and assisting junior designers and readying them to understand the company standards.
