Briefed Sector VPs and leadership on strategic implications for capture. • Worked with program strategy team to distill NG design solution into strengths and risk reducers aligned to customer focus areas; approach adopted after presentation to multiple VPs/Senior Directors. • Deputy to the Flight Sciences IPT lead – serve as DOA for extended periods of time including in key design phases. Responsible for generating tasking as well as making technical decisions, and on occasion handling management responsibilities. • Developed new capabilities for NG vehicle performance homeroom, including: 3DOF Aircraft Carrier Launch and Recovery Program, 6DOF Flight Dynamics program, and a new mission performance program, all actively in use. Improved MDAO workflow and runtime of tools such as VORLAX. • Selected for and completed NGC Future Chief Engineers and Aircraft Conceptual Design Technical Development courses.
