CurrentKey responsibilities: Continuous improvement and new product introduction (NPI)• Identifying and prioritizing continuous improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes using data-driven analysis and Lean Six Sigma methodologies• Utilizing DFSS methodologies to enhance product design quality, reduce product assembly time, and achieve an increment in customer satisfaction• Conducting process validation for new processes and products including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols• Leading NPI projects with PMO to launch High-Power RF amplifiers and X-ray generators medical devices from the prototype phase to mass manufacturing phase• Mentor junior engineers to improve process efficiency with cross-industry best practices • Key role in debugging and troubleshooting the JD Edwards ERP system for smooth integration • Establishing a one-piece flow process and line balance for the Medical X-ray generator assembly lines• Collaborate with design, engineering and quality teams to develop new processes for new products and verify the design for manufacturability DFM/DFA• Ensure compliance with Health Canada MDR, ISO 13485, EU MDR, and FDA QSR for new products• Implement lean manufacturing principles to increase the OEE from 60% to 80% for existing processes to fulfill customer backlogs and enhance production capacities • Provide engineering support for RF amplifier manufacturing and testing, focusing on process yield• Evaluating NCR database to create 8D root cause analysis and update lesson-learned documents
