I. Key Responsibility at Daga Plazzo:i. Site Supervision- Ensuring quality process from start to finish and giving properinstructions to workers whenever needed. Ensuring proper safety kits are usedwhile working under hazardous conditions.ii. Quantity Estimation- Calculating the required quantity of cement, sand, steel, bricks,etc.iii. Calculation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).iv. Marking layout on-site according to drawing provided.v. Taking updates from contractors and vendors for the unfinished work.vi. Documentation- Daily Labour Report Making, Daily Progress Report making.II. Key Responsibility at Daga Infinity:i. Prepareddrawings of Staircase Railing Design, Lift Wall Cladding, Scaffolding.iii. Quantity Estimation- Calculating the quantity of Number of Tiles required, Numberof Granite required, Wastage calculation, Number of bricks required.iv. Measurements- Taking proper onsite measurements for various works like shaftdoor measurement, Lift wall cladding measurement, Scaffolding requirementmeasurement.v. Taking updates from contractors and vendors for the unfinished work.vi. Documentation- Daily Progress Report making, Making schedules for variousworks on site.
