• Developed an end to end Machine Learning pipeline to thwart abuse in the form of bots/brute-force attacks/illegal hosting on the OpenShift free offering.• Performed feature engineering on limited categorical features and wrote a custom churn model.• Designed a scalable architecture using Flask, Redis and Celery to schedule regular retraining/prediction tasks and to deploy future machine learning models.

• Worked as a Full Stack Developer with Ruby on Rails as the primary technology stack for development.• Automated a manual report generation task by writing a PDF generation feature in Ruby that reduced generation time from 2.5 hrs to less than a minute.• Built a ticketing system for the customers, in-house agents, managers and sales team to raise support tickets.• Built a data dashboard using D3.js to get complex sales data across the management team in the form of easy-to-use interactive graphs.• Built a document pipeline for the legal team allowing them to upload, update legal contracts using AWS S3, significantly reducing manual paperwork.• Complete ownership of a supplementary application to track sales across the platform.• Designed and developed a thin client version of the original background verification application.• Served as the single point of contact for the entire API service and built out various identity verifying services for government IDs.

• Designed and developed an integrated cross-platform account opening application for ICICI bank and Angel Broking.• Configured the application to perform real-time capturing and processing of information, reducing account opening time from multiple days to less than 30 mins.• Gathered requirements, prepared impact analysis reports and wrote procedures & database scripts.• Configured web services (KRA/UIDAI/PAN authentication) and maintained the code base for more than 6 applications.
