Parth is a Geospatial Scientist and works with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to bridge gaps between spaceborne and ground based remote sensing systems. His work at HZDR is focused on geo-exploration (Critical and Rare Earth elements ) using hyperspectral imaging. He has also worked on various European renewable energy and green energy transition projects in his previous role focused on building AI systems for multi-risk assessments and micro-climate analysis. Moreover, his doctoral thesis was focused on synergising airborne and spaceborne remote sensing systems for forest biophysical parameter estimation. He is passionate about emerging technologies in geospatial domain and AI applications for Earth Observation.
