• Develop 3D parts, complex (1000+ parts) CAD assemblies and P&ID’s for the treatment systems in SolidWorks and communicate them with the team and the customer.• Assisted in designing custom water treatment systems and help minimize the cost and production time by using engineering principles to design custom parts.• Perform failure modes and effects analysis (FEMA) with a thermal and mechanical load on structural design using SolidWorks FEA Simulation.• Collect data with sensors and analyze it to identify failure on the system and design & manufacture improved replacement components. • Help transition conceptual level water treatment system to production/assembly. • Develop and maintain budget and project schedules for all the projects and effectively communicate them with the clients and business partners to provide them with visibility on the project.• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports to measure the stability and the output of the system.• Created Python script to automatically filter BOM based on company’s standard, which saves time on manual filtrating BOM created by SolidWorks.• Designing and developing a cross-platform mobile applicating using Python, APIs, and MYSQL database• Install, operate and maintain current water treatment systems.
