▪ Worked in a children’s Observation Home in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. Worked with around 80 boys in conflict with law and in need of care and protection.▪ Performed activities like making Care Plan Report, Special Investigation Report and Home Visit to understand the functioning of Observation Home at Micro, Mezzo and Macro level.▪ Assisted the boys and their families in getting bail. Encouraged families to avail free legal aid in case they were financially weak.▪ Took sessions on POCSO, sexual abuse, and exploitation with the boys to sensitize and educate them on these issues.▪ After their bail, supported boys to take up vocational training to develop their career and reintegrate with society.▪ Performed various activities with children like kite making, reading, cultural programs on eve of Independence Day among others as part of rapport building.

 Worked with children with Developmental Disorder (Intellectual disability) as a teacher. Got familiar with various challenges faced by persons with developmental disorder and special teaching techniques. Organised and conducted various extra-curricular like singing, dancing and games with children.

 Worked as a teacher in Shahbad Dairy which is a slum area in Delhi. Developed modules for various topics on daily basis. Developed leadership and problem-solving skills while working in the community. Enhanced skills like documentation and efficient planning during the internship. Participated in a crowd funding event in Spice Jet in Gurugram. Raised 1.2 lakh Rupees. Got apprised to the challenges in access to quality education faced by the children, especially girls, in the marginalised communities.
