• As the President-Italy (Europe) for the International Human Rights Organization (IHRO), I am actively engaged in drafting and reviewing legislative documents to contribute to the global human rights agenda.• I oversee communication with key stakeholders, including the press, media, human rights organizations, and constituents, ensuring transparency and strategic outreach to address critical issues affecting communities across Europe and beyond.• My policy focus remains centered on the intersection of Human Rights, Environmental Conservation, and Sustainability, curating policies that aim to tackle the most pressing challenges facing humanity today and into the future.• On-ground, I am leading initiatives and projects that advocate for the rights of marginalized communities, fostering sustainable development and humanitarian efforts across different regions.• I am curating forward-thinking policies to address employment and social justice issues within my jurisdiction, aiming to enhance regional development and economic growth across Europe, with a special focus on uplifting vulnerable populations.

• Worked on the drafts of various Bills that include the Private Member Bill, debate notes on the Bill, parliamentary questions, etc.   • Managed all the communication of the office with the press, media, organisations and people of the constituencies.• Agriculture, Environmental, Conservation and Sustainability were the major domains of my policy curation.• Attended the Budget Session of Lok Sabha (2022) as an observer and drafted the Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Act, 2021 and the Anti-Drought Measure and Mitigation Bill, 2022.• Worked on various projects on the ground as well.• Curated numerous policies concerning the employment of the people in the region.

• Worked on different Private Member bills related to insurance of Human Rights, discussion notes on Legislation, legislative inquiries, etc.• Drafted the Protection and Maintainance of Ocean Bill, 2023.• Drafted the Indian Penal Code (Amendment), 2023 for decriminalising Section 309 of the IPC.• Drafted the Prevention and Protection from Genocide Bill, 2022.• Drafted the Protection of Media Personal Bill, 2022.• Drafted the Protection of Juvenile Fishes Bill, 2022.• Managed all the communication of the office with the press, media, organisations and people of the constituencies.• Worked on various projects on the ground as well.

• Conducted legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal principles relevant to the cases before the court. • Prepared summaries and analyses for the Partner’s consideration. • Assisted in analysing case files, pleadings, and evidence presented by parties. Help identify legal issues, arguments, and relevant precedents. • Assisted in preparing legal documents like case briefs, memos, and research notes that help the judge make informed decisions.

• Worked on the drafts of various Bills that include the Private Member Bill, debate notes on the Bill, parliamentary questions, etc. • Attended the Monsoon Session of Lok Sabha (2021) as an observer and drafted the Foreigners Law (Amendment) Bill 2021, Indian Penal Code (Amendment) Bill 2021 and the Prisoners of Sexual Consciousness (Ex Post Facto Pardon) Bill, 2021.• Worked on various projects on the ground as well.

• Worked on diverse legal matters and worked in various areas involving corporate and commercial laws. • Assisted in the preparation of an article concerning RBI taking over the NHB powers and its effect on the Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), researched the latest notifications, circulars and disclosures issued by SEBI, NHB, FIPP, MCA etc., FinTech Law in India.

Drafted the Policy and Research Fellowship under:Hon’ble Former Minister and Member of Parliament, Dr Mani Shanker Aiyer and Ms Sarmishta Mukherjee.

• Worked on SDG Goals 1, 8, 11 and 16.• Performed research on national and local legislation (in Maharashtra and Gujarat).
