Worked on multiple projects at Godrej - Board Room APP, Project Server Implementation and Customization, SharePoint based Idea Management System. Details of same are as mentioned below:• Idea Management: Godrej has very intuitive way of identifying the ideas from the employee; it allows ideas to flow from every level of the organization for that e2e has developed the SharePoint 2013 based portal to manage the ideas. Typically an idea will flow through the different stages like Creation, prioritization, selection, conceptual check and finally a project for successful execution of an idea as project.Once idea has been created with initial information same idea will be discussed, rated among employees, once Innovation manager satisfied with the information provided, he will fill in the prioritization matrix with questionnaire. This will give Score to the idea and later same idea will selected based on it’s score over other ideas by the selector. And once selected all the other the Idea creator and Innovation Manager will upload supportive documents. And Later on the same idea will be created as a Project in Project Server for Planning and Execution.• Document Security. As an innovation manager, based on the previously created projects, innovation manager initiates the new project for NPD. And to keep a track of the document, it has been attached to a project server 2010 tasks, and being stored in the SharePoint based Project Workspace, when users updates the document and the status of the document is changed from draft to completed, only innovation manager should be able to edit the document, and team member should be able to see the document in Read Only mode.• Project Server Ribbon Customization. My Work module contain ribbon and based on the selected project and selected Tasks, user should be able to see the document from the SharePoint portal.

Project center facilitates better project management by helping project teams to maintain and update project information and project plan. It enables a project manager or IT Application owner to create milestones and assign them to team members, business users, and to the operation’s team for better execution & tracking. The tool is tightly integrated with IT Demand for Project creation & discussions, different approvals and crash actions for all the stage gate activity and their approval process to ensure successful execution and Closure of a project/CR coming from the Demand Management.• IT Demand Reports. In a complex process flow like Vodafone, it is very necessary to calculate the timings of each Process Gates like turn around time (TAT) and Aging of a particular gates i.e. New Demand, G0, Pre G1, G2 Ready etc. before they become actual project or CR.

• Sample Manufacturing and Testing (SAMATRA). ITC has a very unique method of creating cigarettes, and these process is called SAMATRA, which will go through different lifecycles (Raise Sample Calling sheet, provide casing and design, provide flavor etc.) and at every step, Team member creates or updates a documents. We developed SharePoint based solution, which integrates every document completion with the task, so we can identify the Actual Start and Finish of the Task/ Document.
