Responsible for troubleshooting server failure in a high paced server build environment. Failures could be hardware or software. Responsible for logging all failures in online system. Also fix minor failures for testers testing servers and if failure could not be fixed at test station than flag a repair ticket on it to escalate to Repair Station to further troubleshoot the unit and replace any failing component part if required.
