Supervising the team of technicians in the Conventional and CNC Machine Shop with CNC programmer/ operator.Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.Manpower allocation and Planning as per planed Machines/Process/Reference PPC.To look after Production as per Production Plan.Confirm the Raw Materials, Tooling as per Production PlanShift wise Production and scrap verification entry the same in System.Daily Notification to Maintenance department for breakdown. Preventive Maintenance of all Machines and maintain their record in system.Control of daily Rejection.Handle shift wise Production of all Machines.Material movement activity as per plan.Maintaining 5S/TPM/EHS activities in shop floor & conduct Interval Audit periodically as per Schedule set by QA.To consult with respective Bay owner for Production Plan activities.Give all type of training to employee related tools,Gauges, Measuring instruments, Processes and EHS. Handle all escalations related to Production status, Quality , Maintenance and HR.To participate in all Production meeting as and when conducted.Familiar with LEAN Manufacturing , KAIZEN, 5S , TQM, VSM.Basic knowledge of FMEA, CAPA, PPAP, SPC.Familiar with MS Office, Outlook Mail, and ERP.Ensuring the Quality of the component being machined in maintained.Preparing PQDCMS parameters in system.Maintain minimum stock of welding rods, Grinding Materials, Tools, Inserts, PPE, for monthly basis.
