Job Profile:- Cargo acceptance and carting the same from the general cargo complex. Palletisation / unitization of cargo in the ULDs as per the loading details given by the airline staff. Preparation of the dead load statement to airline staff and reporting of any damages or discrepancy related to general and D.G.R cargo and preparing the discrepancy report. Filing of the IGM /EGM No. upon flight arrival / departure. Documentation :- Export manifesting, pre flight and post flight documentation for the airline and filling of shipping bills and other airline specified filing of documents. Import segregation of documents and preparation of sets on the basis of master airway bill, house airway bill and consol manifest of shipment and submission of the same with the A.A.I (Airport Authority of India). Collection of the import segregation report from A.A.I after cargo check is complete and notifying the airline about any short or excess cargo document received and where required noting of the marks and number of excess pieces if any received. Ensuring the import segregation report is captured by the customs I.F.O along with the necessary job number. Preparation of the flight report based on the export & import tonnage & other relevant information required by Cambata as well as the airline.
