• Currently working on two Focus Accounts named Carphone Warehouse(CPW) and Equifaxwhich needs retention- improvement as per client requirements. Sev1’s and Escalated Sev1’s (Major Incident) is my area of concern.• Attending Daily Service Review (DSR) meetings with SDM, Lead SDM, Divisional Project Executive(DPE), Line of Business(LOB), and Lead Service manager(SM) for the above mentioned clients on 0800 hrs GMT and 0830 hrs GMT respectively. Discussions for Service improvement, Issues and challenges faced on MI’s and Sev1 issues cover the areas of discussion are conducted in the DSR call.• Bridging Technical teams from Infosys (Application teams) and respective account leads from Clients providing resolution as per contract.• Handling incident with utmost priority with an exceptional Sev1 SLA of 1 hour(CPW) and 4 hours for Equifax respectively.• Collaborate with Problem teams and engaging them for timely RCA analysis and updating Incident monitored fails and problem monitored fails in KEDB (Known Error Data Base).• Ensuring right teams are engaged for any Major Incident (MI) callouts.• Ensure client standards goals are met with Incident, Problem SLA’s in place for avoiding escalations which in further may impact Business and Contract agreements with IBM.
