• Leading a Customer Support Team (100+ nos.) of East India for giving excellent support to our esteemed Customers.• Managing support of Emami & Groups, Bhushan Steel, Skipper, Huber Group, BCPL etc. service accounts for PAN India operations.• Fulfilling requirements of existing or new customer by visiting customer place as per company policy.• Managing complete infrastructure support and work closely with the team, in particular with the Technology team, vendors and suppliers.• Providing ERP solutions, CCTV Surveillance solutions and Vendor Management as per customer requirement.• Responsible for formulating IT strategy and road map developed IT master plan and budgets for IT Infrastructure and Business Applications.• Responsible for IT led solutions leading to Productivity enhancement, cost rationalization or compliance workflows, automation, collaboration, employee productivity improvement.• Evaluate vendor proposals and purchases of software, hardware and technical services to assure adherence to specifications and cost effectiveness.• Contribute to business strategy by bringing in the IT prospective and ensure that IT is an integrated part of strategic decisions.• Meet business expectations as per laid down priorities timely availability of resources / technology to support business growth.• Adherence to annual plan and budget and quality of inputs to strategic business plans that grow the business in value and volume terms.• Ensure overall management and delivery of IT infrastructure, systems and policies.• Conducting monthly reviews with Sales and Service team.

• Providing Hardware & Network customer support in Windows 95/98/NT4.0 etc• Trouble shooting of Computer Hardware & all windows OS.• Installation and Trouble Shooting for Microsoft applications.• Installation and Trouble Shooting of Windows OS based LAN & Proxy.• MS Outlook and various other Microsoft Package installations.• Providing LAN, WAN solutions to corporate clients.• Trouble shooting of Difficult and Complicated Networks.• Server installation, configuration, monitoring & tuning of Linux Servers.• To analyze and provide solutions for day by day problem.• To handle projects as per assigned by allied digital services ltd.• Give remote support for Remote users for Lotus notes, VPN, SAP etc.• Control North-East locations operations of the Company, call Analysis, monitoring others Engineers movement, follow up for spares, give technical assistance for call closers.• Managing the 120 numbers of Customer Support Engineers team so that customer should get Prompt and Timely technical support.
