 Previously employed at Wellman Wacoma Limited,Kolkata as Deputy Manager(Project) from July'12 to Aug'13. During that period successfully completed a project at Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited,Duburi,Orrisha. Independently erected and commissioning done of 6 nos Verticle ladle preheater and one horizontal preheater(Gas Fired) with automation by controlling the temperature . My responsibilities stated below:o Electrical panel installation and erection.o All instrumentation installation and erection.o Cable scheduling, cable size calculationo Commissioning of the ladle preheater.o LT cable scheduling.o Client handlingo Client problem resolutiono Installation and commissioning of PLC(Siemens S7-300)o Details engineering of electrical circuit diagramo vendor evolution and handleing Successfully commissioning the project of Turn dish Preheater(Gas Fired) with automation at Tata Steel,Jamshedpur. Notable Credits Streamlined the process installed PLC and digital DC drive(ABB) hence brake down time of that machine was reduce. Involved in DC Drive(ABB) problem, induction furnace problem, Successfully upgraded the contactor logic to PLC logic and Analogue drive to digital drive.6nos of Annealing furnace to be installed.
