- Defined and executed strategic roadmap on smart tools in Well Intervention- Built and commercialized smart tool with $1M+ first year revenue

- Executed an accelerated field experimentation based strategy of technology development, thereby significantly reducing the time-to-market of new technology- Led the development of a new fracturing fluid system that enhanced reservoir production by increasing propped surface area and fracture conductivity- Led a team that worked on both R&D (frac design and evaluation software and fluid chemistry) and operational fronts to evaluate production impact of different fluid and completion systems

- Charged with a disruptive technology development in the $1B+ deepwater completions business that included a complete lower completion system for continuous multistage fracturing- Built the hardware system and proved operational feasibility and reliability - Extensively interfaced with clients to help develop amenable operational workflow. Project secured a development contract with a leading E&P company

- Developed material-based downhole technology platforms that enabled multiple well completion and stimulation product commercialization- Established multiple collaborations with external universities and research labs to complement internal research program- Defined and articulated strategic direction for Materials R&D to Schlumberger Executive Management (CEO and direct reports)

- Developed multiple commercialized technological solutions. One notable example is extension of lifetime of pumps used for hydraulic fracturing that achieved very significant capex savings on commercialization - Delivered invited presentation on "Materials Research" at Schlumberger Leadership Forum in 2007 (attended by Schlumberger Executive team, all business unit leadership and Geomarket leadership)
