Involving for Fire proofing as per the Client Requirement.( Cementitious, Intumescent) Roles & Responsibilities: Preparing the Procurement Plan based on the project.Coordinate with Engineering Department to finalize the Required Raw Material based on the project and getting the BOM to confirm the availability material in Local Market. Updating to change the design as per the availability material. Release the Purchase orders to the techno commercially evaluated supplier.Coordinate with CSD (Customer Service Dept) to get the Client Approval of Raw Material and Fasteners, Painting System Etc…Material Specification confirming with Client through CSD. We are requesting to change the material spec for not availability of material.Coordinate With Planning department to Execute the Project plan and finalize the material availability, Updating the Status of material for the project.Preparing the Contact and Agreement for Consumable item and Equipment.Providing weekly reports for details of Purchase OrdersExpedite the materials and closeout all the purchase orders including vendor paymentsCo-Ordinates with Quality Department in arranging the third-party agencies for NDT.Liaise with QA/QC department on quality issues for items being purchased.
