• Work closely with our HRBP, service excellence team and ES Career and Capability Director to ensure our operating structure for retained activities identifies clear career capabilities and skill requirements
• Drive the creation and delivery of Communities of Practice (CoP’s) for workplace services in order to enable broad engagement in the strategic agenda and alignment to future working practices.
