As a change agent, I have been actively involved in training teams in Scrum and Kanban across Technology and Operations in Bangalore.Currently managing a large Credit Risk Program for the development of a Customer Account Management Optimization platform that will used to capture customer and their Loan and Cards transactions for assessing the credit risk to the Bank and using the data for Marketing products to respective customers. DataStage and Ab Initio are being extensively used in this program for Data extractions from Data warehouse, transfers, transformations and aggregations. Additionally, I am actively participating in design decisions, technical troubleshooting and team mentoring activities. Additionally, worked directly for COO – Group Hubs in identifying the solution to Automate Transport Management for Bangalore hub. I was involved in Product evaluation with various Suppliers, Cost & Contract negotiation, implementation and roll-out of the Product for all ANZ Staff in Bangalore. This resulted in streamlining of Transport operations and huge reduction in cost for the bank. Received “ANZ Take Charge and Excel” from COO – Group Hubs. Successfully led the Development, Integration and Implementation of the replacement of Core Banking solution with Finacle for ANZ Institutional Business as part of Foundation India program. A very high visibility and complex program that involved replacing the legacy core banking solution Midanz with Finacle 10 and then integrating the new system with 42 applications across the technology landscape for the bank. This multi-million dollar program involved working with teams across multiple geographies to deliver high quality business outcomes within the budget and timeline. Received “ANZ Take Charge and Stand Out” award and “Outstanding Contribution Award” for my performance in this program.Successfully delivered End to End projects in Cards platform from Business case to Implementation & Early life support

AutoSys was used as the distributed scheduler to integrate with Mainframe CA-7. This helped the RBS Citizens bank improve on the batch completion time and consistency in File delivery to the Group application.

The Home movers solution was build on Informatica and Oracle to enable customers of the member companies with information around their new residential locality.
