Demand Management :Consolidation of new demand received from Site PM / Customer, through EDI / Excel.Normalize the demand from monthly to weekly buckets & roll over the backlog & Load the new demand in the ERP system.Waterfall and Forecast vs Forecast Analysis to identify the Demand changes happening to a Raw Material part or FG Part.Prepare S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), to analyze the feasibility and highlight the risks involved concerning to demand changes.Prepare and analyze Load vs Commit data.Create Customer Handshake Package to report and discuss on key KPIs such as Shortage, CTB, E&O & PO Signals.Inventory Management :E and O Report – To identify the excess and obsolete for Mexico region and analyze the liability of E&O (Customer / Flex).Inventory Redistribution Program - To mitigate shortages & Excess through intercompany Raw Material sales.Material Transfer Request - To update the MTRs raised on Customer Portal to rebalance the E&O in Mexico region with shareable quantity and physical details required to place PO.To prepare and publish reports such as Inventory on hand, DOS blocking, SMI pulls, open replenishment, ROP, safety stock, ITO & ABC analysis to manage the inventory levels as per global guidelinesOrder management – To create sales order, UPL, Load, and REQUI to avail sales of raw material, create and release production order/work order to avail production of finished goods.Excess Approval - To analyze the E&O impact caused due to new PO placement and give approvals to go ahead with the PO placementClaim analysis – to analyze past demand Vs PO placement and identify customer or flex liability and open claims towards the customer.Material Management :Validate MRP & Approve the execution of Purchase Orders, PO signals & production orders.·Generate shortage report to check the critical part impacting Production and conduct daily Cascade calls with buyers & suppliers to cover the gaps.Improve & commit CTB
