CurrentManages full lifecycle of recruitment; emphasis on proactive sourcing using a variety of methods, assess and recruit cleared IT candidates for a variety of positions at various level across the USResponsible for drafting, proofing and extending offer letters to candidates within 24 hours of requestProvide feedback to senior on a daily basis on the status of recruiting activity and any challenges being facedDefining and developing effective recruiting strategies and maintaining the spreadsheets for client openingsDetermine sourcing strategy based on business needs and identify candidates by preparing job board postings; researching, targeting potential candidatesBuilding pipeline through a variety of tools and resources in particular for critical skill positionsBuild personal networks and Social Networking Identify passive candidates and develop/manage sourcing strategies that address strategic business needs/goalsApply knowledge of Talent Acquisition and company policies and procedures to effectively advise hiring managers on the staffing process and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-fill to meet company staffing needsEnsure applicant tracking compliance and required forms are uploaded into applicant tracking systemProactively manage the interview process, scheduling interviews, accounting for all candidates interviewed and ensuring proper documentationSource, collect applications, interview, and select applicants for technical positionsMatch applicants to job openingsInform candidate of company's decision.Perform reference/background checks.
