If you had to summarize e in four words, the focus of my work is People, Purpose, Process, Potential. Dr. Parth Shah is a Digital Transformational Manager at Kenvue, Toronto, Canada. Dr. Shah recently recently completed a Doctorate in Engineering Management / Systems Engineering from George Washington University, D.C. while also continue to grow in his full-time professional role. Prior to J&J he was an Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager in Toronto, Canada. Prior to that he had roles as a Director at Unique Instruments & Mfrs. Pvt. Ltd and he worked in the New Product Development Team at Keurig Green Mountain, Boston, USA. He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Graduate degree in Manufacturing Leadership from RIT. During his time at RIT, Parth has been an active member and Vice President of the Phi Sigma Pi National Honors Fraternity and National Society of Leadership & Success. His biggest principle is: Work smarter. He is the person who looks for inefficient procedures, finds ways to streamline them, and consistently strives to boost the productivity of everyone around him.
