Transportation PlanningPlanning : v Planning and operation control through process monitoring. v Work closely with transport service providers to ensure collections/deliveries are achieved. v As per days collection plan need to Closely work with LSP’s to arrange vehicles and ensure on time pickup and on time delivery of goods. v Monitor & track every shipment through GPS & Sim tracking tool, coordinates with drivers to get consent and start auto tracking.B) Supplier Collection : v Advance information to be passed to supplier for every collection v ALR / Consignment note to be given to the supplier for every collection. v Update all milestones and commercials in TMS, Maintaining records of deliveries and pickups in TMS.C) Escalation : v Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth operation. If any delay at origin, Destination and in transit then need to escalate required information to respective stakeholders to avoid any failure or production losses. D) Plan Vs Actual & MIS / Reports : v Ensure gate champions are updating part level details, Invoice level details and Package level details in TMS for every consignment if not then get it done from them in real time. v Ensure team is generating daily reports for measuring our and LSP's Performance on SLA Level. v Utilize TMS to actively manage on-time performance and automation objectives. E) KPI : v Ensure and monitor daily + weekly performance on KPI Level v Ensure monthly review happens with LSP's on their KPI v If any issue with Vendor then need to highlight or escalate to next level to improve LSP's performance. v Validate the transport service providers bills and ensure all charges are as per the valid contract v On time and accurate bill submission to customer.

*Procurement of parts from suppliers, Coordinate with supplier to get the parts with Zero linestops.*End to End Procurement P2B process*Ensure supplier supportability as per Forecasting plan based on inventory given to supplier,without backlog and overdue.*Ensuring supplier release has been sent from CMMS to supplier EDI website.*Give priority for Service parts VOR request (Vehicle off Road), push supplier to get the parts on urgent basis.*Follow backorder request parts from PDC and follow with supplier to get the parts. *Ensure monthly schedule has been released to supplier from CMMS.*Ensuring payment of supplier invoice on time without holding from payable team.*Monitoring supplier deliverables, if parts critical for production get the express shipment to avoid line stops from part shortage. *If supplier supportability issue, check with another source. Check with PDC(Service parts),if available, raise the request and get the parts PDC on urgent basis. Check the parts with quality team before feeding the parts to line.And raise the ALERT to track assembled engines.*If supplier sending the parts without release, hold the truck and inform to supplier then return back the truck to supplier.If its into the inventory levels, get the 5D corrective action report from supplier and unload the truck.

Prototype parts Coordinator:*Receiving the prototype parts and taken the receipt in GPIRS web based application.Move the invoice to payment processing.*Keep the Prototype parts in separate locations and store with proper visual Aid labels.Maintain the stocks in tracking sheet.As per request from PD, launch and supporting teams parts feed to line side.*After testing completed, scrap the parts with scrap approval ,parts move to defacing area.Material Replenishment Coordinator:*Generate the visual Aid labels for all parts and locations. Monitoring the locations and labels followup by warehouse, Line feeding and Production teams.*Maintaining PFEP pro 100%. Get the parts details from PFEP and update the details as per current data.Conduct the regular audit and send the escalation to the manager and their supervisors.*Generate the SMART cards to follow triggering mechanism from Lineside to warehouse decanting area.*Prepare the Min-Max calculation for line side and warehouse storage inventory.*Doing regular audit of SMART cards followups,Location Min-Max followups, Process sheet followups and stabilize the process.

Ensure all rejection and scrap materials accounting in system move to the separate rejection area to avoid parts mix-up with ok parts.*Analyse the issue for rejection by doing process walk and surprise audit in warehouse and Assembly manufacturing area. Find the root cause to avoid rejections in future.*Coordinate with 3rd party logistics for manual error and handling damages done by 3rd party team members and get the scrap approval against their account.*For transporter damage issues followup and coordinate with transporter to done the salvaging activity and get the scrap approval against transporter scrap account. *Maintain scrap cost metrics into green.Every week conduct meeting for scrap metrics escalation to management.

Then FG parts would returned to Ford along with supplier invoice. *Supplier issue Rejection parts (QR-Quality Rejection) are scraped under supplier account then parts would shipped to supplier with rejection return shipment documents.
