My professional career in the last 5 years after graduating as an MBA in 2015 has allowed me to wearmultiple hats. I have been involved in Operations Management, Product Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Support roles. This has given me a 360-degree outlook of the organizational goals & customer needs which helps me to act as a bridge between both. At Locanix, I was responsible for strategic project management. Primary responsibility included designing and driving KPIs across all the departments to ensure sustainable growth. Key responsibility areas at a high level were optimising operations and accelerating sales for the company and handling key accounts. Managed teams at cross-functional areas such as Tech,Customer Support and Account Management. The role here involved interacting with vendor, end customers, etc so critical analysis & problem resolution remained a key factor of smooth functioning. At Tej Sol Pro, I was in charge of sales and revenue growth, primarily handling B2B clientele enabling and driving their digital marketing strategies, brand building strategies and projects. Was responsible for managing key accounts and onboard strategic clients and partners. At Parcelled & Grofers, was responsible for multiple Ahmedabad operations and was in charge of managing the partners and logistics team and ensuring customer delight for the territory.
