The facility will feature an array of amenities including a roof-top terrace, lap-swim pool, spa, and basketball courts. Nov 2015-Jan 2016: Lead estimate development for 83,000 sf high-performance academic facility on Washington State University’s Pullman Campus. Prepared earthwork, site improvements, concrete and structural steel estimates. The four-story structure will provide robust systems and flexible infrastructure to accommodate rapidly evolving technology. The facility will feature a 250-seat learning hall with curved LED televisions surrounding the space.
