Mar 2017 - Sep 2018: Design-build construction of 450,000 sf Seattle-Tacoma International Airport International Arrivals Facility (IAF), “iconic” pedestrian walkway, which will span 900 linear feet over the existing taxi lane, connecting the south satellite to the IAF and renovations to Concourse A sterile corridors.Mar 2016 - Feb 2017: Preconstruction and GMP estimates for the $1+ Billion construction of iconic Golden State Warriors Arena and entertainment complex. Project is set in a 11 acre parcel in Mission Bay, San Francisco. Mortenson Clark JV's representative estimator for earthwork, shoring, deep foundation and waterproofing bid packages. Construction includes construction of state-of-art 18,000 seat indoor event space, 580,000 sf office/lab space, 100,000 sf of retail space, 35,000 sf public plaza, 3.2 acres of public space, and 950 space parking garage. The arena will anchor a district of restaurants, cafes, offices and plazas, along with a new 51/2-acre public waterfront park.Jan 2016-Mar 2016: Prepared GMP proposal for 423-unit residential high rise construction of the 150 Van Ness complex in downtown San Francisco. It will also include 9,000 sf of retail space and one below-grade parking level. The 450,000 sf building will be clad in curtain wall and terracotta panels. The facility will feature an array of amenities including a roof-top terrace, lap-swim pool, spa, and basketball courts. Nov 2015-Jan 2016: Lead estimate development for 83,000 sf high-performance academic facility on Washington State University’s Pullman Campus. Prepared earthwork, site improvements, concrete and structural steel estimates. The four-story structure will provide robust systems and flexible infrastructure to accommodate rapidly evolving technology. The facility will feature a 250-seat learning hall with curved LED televisions surrounding the space.
