+++ Working as a TAC Engineer supporting EMEA customers in Data center switching technology includes Nexus 7000/9000/5000/2000 etc.

 Manual Testing and Analysis of the testing result of nexus 7k(7000)/xbow (7700) Chassis (Higher end Data center Switch)  Testing Basic features/functionality of both N7k and xbow switches.  Installing license to Switches ,where license expired. Fixing Scripts (TCL) if there is an output change in NX-OS feature Raising bugs if any failures seen in features like ISSU etc. Monitoring testbeds in a rotational manner, to report issues on Modules like M series, F series cards, Supervisor modules, Fabric modules, etc. Mostly focused on Freetown (628, 629 & 6210 releases) Working with customers (cisco – San Jose) to improve the productivity Received “Productivity Champion Award” in DU meeting Received Appreciation mail from Reporting manager on Presentation & creation of VODs regarding “Introduction to Nexus 7000”, “Hardware Architecture of Nexus 7k switches”, “M1’s(Nexus module) internal packet flow with fabric”.

Troubleshooting network issues, Checking hardware functionality of new cisco switches and routers,Changing IOS , Backing up & restore of IOS , Enabling security in LAN using port-security,EIGRP, OSPF, PPP CHAP........
