• Playing a key role in the core HR payroll operations process.• Handling payroll for 75000 employees in Middle East (Dubai, Qatar) with 99% accuracy.• Creating and updating Master details essential for each name included in the payroll• Attendance posting in the payroll, with absence and entitlement leave details in the SAP System and verifying if these are updated in the division-wise Cost Centre records, besides performing simulation checks for ensuring payroll accuracy• Ensuring that payroll for 75000 is sanitized, taking into account data of absconding, terminated and resigned employees and executes full & final settlement• Generating monthly report from the SAP System for ensuring updating of Cost Center and pay area, division-wise• Validating the Master data file with the system generated report• Arranging the payments for employee salaries through the computerized payroll system.• Ensuring salary credit for all staffs and workers on time• Involved in activity of compilation of new salaries for employees during annual increment & promotions. • Deliverable on Time as per the SLA 98% accuracy on all the deliverable• Compile, analyze and submit MIS reports to the management regarding attrition, hiring, salary plans, and appraisals.• Identifying areas for improvements in current processes to improve efficiency and productivity.• Responding to all client queries and Weekly service review call with Clients and MOM will be circulated for actionable.• Handling a team of 15 reportees, and Setting up KRA and KPA for each individual and monitoring on regular basis
