• Leading the integration and testing of the Banking system.• Identifying staffing needs, interviewing and mentoring the members of the test team.• Producing test estimates from the requirements.• Identifying test tools to support testing.• Leading the integration of the components delivered from the development teams. • Designing and Writing Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts for the project to verify that the requirements have been met.• Identifying and setting up test data and simulators.• Carrying out integration and test activities in accordance with the agreed plans, specifications and descriptions / scripts. This will include executing test scripts, recording results and storing evidence.• Working in accordance with defined project processes and procedures.• Defining and monitoring of the productivity metrics to be used for monitoring test progress.

• Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for the project.• Develop a comprehensive test plan for the verification of Core AMS ability to meet end-to-end business processes, identifying gaps in the solution design.• Identify quality assurance requirements for the project: test environments, test data requirements, and test scripts.• Establish a standard defect lifecycle: creation, escalation, resolution, re-test and close.• Establish a quality standard for gap and defect documentation which reflects the business impact and business priority.• Lead Defect triage calls and prioritize UAT defects.

• Accepts responsibility for creation of test cases using own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications (such as reliability, efficiency, usability, maintainability, and portability). • Specifies requirements for environment, data, resources, and tools. Provides specialist advice to support others.• Supports new and revised quality standards and maintains department and quality group documentation.• Investigates corporate data requirements, and applies data analysis, data modelling and quality assurance techniques, to establish, modify or maintain data structures and their associated components (entity descriptions, relationship descriptions, attribute definitions).

• Translate technical requirements to test cases.• Creation of Automated Test cases using Internal Products i.e. Automation Anywhere and Testing Anywhere.• Performing Functional Testing, Exploratory Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity Testing, Smoke Testing and Security Testing.• Execute test scripts, record results and perform detailed initial root cause investigation.• Work with Developers to resolve any defects identified, Record and assign defects using the Mingle defect tracking tool, Take active role in Client Communities (internal interest groups) to assist in improving to assist in the production of daily, weekly and monthly QA managerial statistics, e.g. defects by project, area, severity etc.• Participation in Estimation of stories, Responsible for defining / refining the acceptance criteria for each user story. Tests each user story and verifies the defined acceptance criteria have been met from the end user's perspective using SCRUM framework of Agile software development.
