Current•Designated as CSM for 30+ accounts • Providing SaaS based solution to clients such as Vehicle tracking system, Scheduling and routing, Fleet maintenance, Driver behaviour analytics and safety.• Vehicle tracking gives you visibility of Realtime tracking, History of vehicle etc•Fleet management solutions such as Inventory management, Tyre management vehicle maintenance auto scheduling and reminders.•Safety features like Driver analytics and alarms for better safet and control.•Managing end-to-end customer requirements, including on boarding, product training, customisation, query resolution, subscription renewals etc.•Engaging with multiple teams like IOT, Product, Finance, and legal to resolve client requests.•Cultivating a profitable relationship for client retention by connecting with key stake holders.•Maintaining relationship with key stake holders for Upsell and Cross Sell opportunities •Skills : Software as a service (SaaS) • Telematics • Product adoption •Client retention.
