Raw Materials and Packaging Materials Procurement• Co-ordinating with Production Planning Team• Raise purchase orders for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials against Production Plans and Placing the orders with respective vendors against Approved Vendor List (AVL)• Sending RA approved DSS along with API PO’s & Approved RM Specifications with Excipient PO’s• Following up with all the vendors for pending Raw Materials and Packaging Materials orders• Maintaining stock control sheets for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials against Production Plans.• Co-ordinating with QC team and checking the API pre-shipment CoA’s before dispatch the goods from vendors• Handling QC & CQA related queries with vendors and requesting investigation report with the vendor if any for QA & QC• Communicating with vendors for Temperature excursion if any & Handling Data loggers related queries• Handling Deviation, Change Controls if any and SOP preparation• Requesting for Import Permits for Control Drugs with CQA and upon API receipt need to submit the same to CQA along with shipping documents (GRN, PL, CoA & AWB / BL)• Maintaining & Sharing Import Permits for Control Drugs Like..., Tramadol, Zopiclone with vendors• Co-ordination with logistics team for shipment related work for both the plants• Co-ordinating with vendors if any corrections in shipping documents• Providing cost against PM reject notes to QA• Maintaining new price list of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials• Sorting out WH booking related issues of RM/PM• Sharing approved POs with Account team for payment process• Sending the Data Loggers to the vendors with an invoice for some API shipments• Releasing the POs in SAP for warehouse book in process• Preparing necessary reports & Price comparison• Updating open order summery sheets with dispatch status of API, Cartons & Leaflets and sharing weekly with Finance & MIS teamVENDOR MANAGEMENTSOURCING AND FINDING NEW VENDORSEU CMO RELATED ACTIVITIESARTWORK
