I evaluated the complexity and market multiples of the top chemical companies. I spoke with sell-side analysts to gain a better understanding of the industry and its main products. I also conducted a discounted cash flow valuation for these companies and provided recommendations on whether to buy or sell their stocks.

Kanpur Area, India

I led improvement projects on site that resulted in cost savings of around 0.4 million GBP and introduced initiatives that increased the Overall Equipment Effectiveness of Absorbent Plants to 80%. I was the point of contact for the UK R&D team for the Absorbent division, which includes three manufacturing units in Panki. My responsibilities included scaling up products on site, working on granulation chemistry and process control, and coordinating with the UK R&D team for different new project introductions on the plant.Achievement:Received fast-track promotion and was chosen to represent my company at a gas purification conference in Billingham, UK. Additionally, helped my site win the MEER Gold Award as a Department Lean Champion, making our site the third out of 54 global sites to achieve this honor.
