At Invesco, I cover real estate acquisitions across all major sectors and the risk spectrum.

At Empire State Realty Trust, I worked in real estate acquisitions. In total, I evaluated $28 billion in investment opportunities across the capital stack and across major real estate sectors (office, multifamily, retail, and special situations). The Habitat Company is a multifamily platform with a wide range of capabilities. As a member of the acquisitions team, I created financial models and a business plan in conjunction with the senior management to work-out a distressed 953-unit multifamily portfolio. Our efforts created an opportunity to deploy more than $60 million via mezzanine debt.

I founded and operated Fanchon Group with a focus on luxury residential development. Having started a new firm, I established an in-house construction arm by identifying and hiring 50+ new subcontractors and vendors. Our spec project, 1855 N Hermitage Avenue in Chicago, was featured in Crain's Chicago Business as "Luxury Home of the Week" in February 2017.
