My private nutrition practice began in 2010, when I became a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant through Bauman College (CA). Since then, I have adopted a weight-neutral approach, working with folks from a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective. I meet with clients in and around Roslindale (a neighborhood in Boston, MA), working to heal their relationships with their bodies and food.In 2018 I became a Licensed Be Body Positive Facilitator, and in 2019 I became a Certified Intuitive Eating Facilitator. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from Simmons University in 2021.
