Supported tender proposals through developing project BIM Strategy and capability statements.MYHSR (Kuala Lumpur) – Information Manager:Developed the information management strategy and information management system (SharePoint), as part of the Joint Development Partnership for the Kuala Lumpur to Singapore High-Speed Rail, to support project delivery, meet the Client’s information requirements and enable consistency across the project.RTA Station Enhancements (Dubai) – Information Manager:Developed the BIM Execution Plan through workshops and ongoing communication with all parties involved. Provided a focal point for all data and information management issues and managed the Common Data Environment process to ensure registration and validation of all data and information. RTA BIM Consultancy (Dubai) – Information Manager:Developed RTA’s Digital Plan of Works for inclusion within the contract for the Route 2020 project, and supported RTA in their tender process in relation to the assessment of their supply chains Building Information Modelling capability. Provided content for RTA’s general conditions of contracts and terms of reference and worked with their legal team to implement the changes as part of RTA’s BIM roadmap.North West Rail Link (Sydney) - Interim BIM Manager:Assessed current working practices in line with the stage of the project and the Clients requirements. Identified where change could be introduced to gain efficiencies in the areas of design coordination and information exchange (and delivery). Developed and implemented re-engineered processes and introduced a clear set of roles and responsibilities to suit.

Lead consultant for the delivery of a strategic change programme to provide TfL with Information Modelling and management capability, aligned with the UK Government's Building Information Modelling (BIM) Level 2 maturity requirements to support the capital cost reduction of assets.Achievements:Identified and documented the organisation's level of readiness to meet and achieve the UK government's requirements for BIM Level 2, through gap analysis between the business’s current practices and those published in British / ISO standards.
