I provide Program Analysis support, utilizing Primavera P6 and resource loaded network analysis schedule(s) (NAS). These schedules are utilize to track the performance of the scope of work for the construction contractors in the performance of executing construction projects for Government approval.▪ I participate in the review of the contractor’s construction schedules, equipment deliveries, forecast plans budgeted cost of worked schedule and performed. Status the progress to date and the use of this data to perform monthly projections on a project-by-project basis. These projections were entered into the databases to generate data reports.I provide analysis utilizing the network analyze schedule (NAS) for reasonableness of the activity durations, sequencing, and logic. As the Scheduler it was my job to evaluate the activities for adequacy and appropriateness, and recommended additions or deletions for activities in the schedule.▪ I provide analysis of contractual performance and as needed recommendations rejection, or approvals contingent upon incorporation of specific comments as it relates to the content of the schedule. I performed schedule impact analyses in support of change order requests. I anticipate claims, and issue requests for equitable adjustments as needed.
