Having got into IT I quickly progressed and found that I enjoyed more and more aspects of the role. In 2004 I was promoted to Team Leader taking responsibility for 2 further sites and the Analysts based there. Still providing all the hands on support for my primary site I quickly built a great rapport with the team I had inherited that still exists to this day, some 11 years later.

Found my feet in IT at this entry level opening. Provided support to users at a single site. Assisted with all aspects of IT support, Desktop, Laptop, Servers, Backups and various line of business applications including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
