Driven by a deep personal connection to mental health, I chose psychology to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. My journey began with my own struggles, compounded by the isolation of having no one to talk to, and intensified by watching friends face similar challenges without support. These experiences fostered a profound empathy within me and highlighted the critical need for accessible mental health care.As a future psychologist, my mission is to provide the understanding, compassion, and guidance that so many—myself included—needed but couldn’t find. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges and empowering them to achieve happier, healthier lives. My passion for this work is deeply rooted in my belief that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive.
