My role in this job is to check all the dimensions of blades which are manufacturing and design in our company for using in steam turbines etc., and make report of that dimensions and then we have to book a call for customer of that project for inspecting the blades quality and dimensions.We r taking contract of BHEL , NTPC , ALSTOM , EMS .., etc. and manufacturing the blades according to the customer requirements.Involved in CMM Operating

My role in this job is to plan the production according to the work order raised from the management and plans the workers according to the shift plan and to write the daily production reports and to troubleshooting if any problems came. Mainly we manufacture silicon insulators which are used for transmission, distribution and in railways sectors. It consists of 3 parts:1. TRANSMISSION- 400kv, 220kv, 132kv, 66kv silicon insulators. 2. DISTRIBUTION-33kv and 11kv silicon insulators.3. RAILWAYS-25kv silicon insulators.

My role in this job is to Installation of Mains Power of 3-phase and Commissioning of DG Generator of POWER MANAGEMENT UNIT (PMU) in a POWER INTERFACE UNIT (PIU) to run the sites like AIRTEL, IDEA, VODAPHONE and TATA 3-PHASE cell towers. Involved in the Stock Inventory Maintenance.
