With sole responsibility of keeping all the SOPs intact, my role is to manage staffing and get the sales driven. Along with that I have to constantly develop strategies to create customer's pool, expand store traffic & optimize profitability. Training, motivating & mentoring my staffs go hand in hand with this. Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction, and dealing their complaints are priority over anything.

Assisting all managerial roles to aligning all the CCAs performance in terms of business, I strongly hold these as my key responsibilities. Delivering world class customer service is one of my mandate check-lists. Working on weekly reports, analysing competitor behaviors, & thriving for the best outcome has been a constant motivation to break record, every single day.
