Singapore (Onsite) [June 2011 - Oct 2014]Responsibilities * Hands-on L2 Application Support.* SPOC for FI(Securities) module for Flex Cube product. * Ensure the delivery of 24x7 service operations* Stakeholder management* Ensure preventive measures of applications are identified and implemented.* On-call support and afterhours/weekend support as needed, covering application support and change deployments.* RCA of Production issues and prompt service recovery where required.* Ensure systems operating at optimal level without issues and manage change requests, defects as well as business-as-usual activities for APAC regions. * Monitoring and health checks * Managing daily Recons including Identifying wrong events, triggering correct events to clear the breaks etc.* Creation of Documentation* Unix shell scripting for automation* Compiling PL SQL components from Unix shell in production environment.Core Strengths * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* Technically competence with support work & business analysis in fintech apps.* RDBMS (MSSQL, Oracle) concepts as well as hands-on experience in using SQL for data retrieval and analysis* Data Mining* Good understanding of ITIL methodologies for incident, problem and change management* Job creation and Scheduling * Team player with ability to function independently as well as work with regional business teams and other client teams as and when required* Enhanced Documentation skills

Responsibilities * Integral part of a 2 member team for Implementation & Warranty Support of Flexcube Corporate Product for Taiwan region * Developed Flexcube product based on SDLC model * Complete ownership of the three modules of Flexcube : namely Money Market (MM) , Foreign Exchange (FX) & Fixed Income (FI). * Involved in the project for complete liaising with Biz on System Integration Testing (SIT). * Internal User coordination for SIT closure * Driving of User Acceptance Testing with Biz users. * Full-fledged implementation of the above three modules was achieved by regular coordination with Biz as well as internal testing teams * Warranty support for the application post Go Live for Taiwan region .* Post warranty, also responsible for analyzing, debugging and resolving reconciliation issues for TW.Core Strengths* Strong Debugging skills * Regular and to the point communication * Functional Expertise * Self-motivated individual with high quality deliverables in timely manner.* Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills* Enhanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* Job creation and Scheduling * Team player with ability to function independently as well as work with regional business teams and other client teams as and when required
